Start a free sprintService provider and contact
Project 90 is provided by NGITECH as the creator and operator of the platform. Current identification, address and contact details of the operator are available on the contact page and on the NGITECH website.
Account, application, payment, invoice, personal data and complaint matters can be handled through the contact channels indicated on the platform contact page.
Nature of the platform
Project 90 is a solo-account SaaS application. The platform helps a user describe a project, generate a 7-day strategy plan, complete daily tasks, submit check-ins, receive notifications and review the sprint after it ends.
The platform is not a team, organization or employee management tool. It does not provide workspaces, member invitations, team roles or monitoring of other people’s work.
User account
Using the application area requires creating an account and logging in. The user is responsible for the accuracy of registration data, protecting the password and using the account in accordance with law and these Terms.
The platform supports email/password login and may provide Google or Apple login. If email 2FA is enabled for the account, login requires a one-time code sent to the user’s email address.
Plans, tasks and check-ins
The user describes a project, sprint goal, constraints, channels and communication preferences. Based on this, the system may generate a 7-day strategy plan with daily tasks and minimum actions.
The user may mark tasks as done, partial or skipped and submit check-ins. A later check-in on the same day may update the current daily record, while previous versions may be retained in history.
Use of AI
AI is used selectively to prepare a sprint plan and rebuild a plan at the user’s request. Sprint review, completion statuses and post-sprint recommendations are calculated deterministically based on application data.
The user should not enter data into forms that they do not want to send to an AI model, especially confidential information, trade secrets, sensitive data or third-party data without a legal basis.
Email and PWA notifications
The platform may send email messages and PWA notifications related to account service, 2FA, email verification, daily tasks, check-ins, payments, invoices and system communications.
PWA notifications are sent only after browser or app permission and after saving a push subscription for the device. The user may disable selected notification channels in settings.
Payments, subscription and invoices
The platform may offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe, while active plan details, subscription status and invoices are available after login.
Invoices may be generated by the application system and made available to the user through an authenticated endpoint. Invoice files may be stored in private object storage and are not shared as public links.
User obligations
The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with law, these Terms, good practices and the intended purpose of the service. It is forbidden to use the platform to violate third-party rights, bypass security, conduct unauthorized penetration tests, send spam, commit fraud or perform illegal activities.
Availability, changes and maintenance
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform stable and secure. Technical breaks, failures, third-party provider limitations, message delivery delays or temporary unavailability of features may occur.
The operator may develop, change or withdraw platform features provided this does not infringe users’ acquired rights to the extent required by applicable law.
Liability and no outcome guarantee
Project 90 is a tool supporting work organization and consistency. The platform does not guarantee achievement of a business goal, sales, revenue, number of customers, marketing results or project success.
The user independently evaluates the usefulness of plans and recommendations and is responsible for business, legal, tax, financial and organizational decisions made based on use of the platform.
Account closure
The user may request account deletion from within the application, if the feature is available, or by contacting the operator. Account deletion may result in removal or anonymization of project, task, check-in and notification data.
Data that must be retained for accounting, tax, legal, security or claims-related reasons may be stored for the period required by law or the operator’s legitimate interest.
Complaints and final provisions
Complaints about the platform may be submitted through the operator’s contact channels. A report should include a problem description, account email address and information enabling the event to be reproduced.
These Terms may be updated, especially in the event of changes to features, law, security, providers or business model. The current version is published in the application.
